Still feeling tired  , more Gaviscon, and Sematil and used Vick in the inhaler

Workmen from Dyno-Rod  here looking for a bad smell, sealed the drain pipes outside and found a bad leak under the bath, and the floor is rotten.

Val out shopping at Aldi and Farm shop.

Waiting for someone from Places for People to make a decision.
Dyno-rod fitted all new pipes, water pipes, drainage pipes, had to come back for a leak from the toilet basin, but seems ok now. PfP won't come and renew the WET floors until July 18th after our holiday.
Had a nice take-away from the Chinese  in Seghill, best we've had since we moved from Blyth.

Val has got nearly everything ready for our holiday tomorrow, I'm still feeling a bit sick but with the leak being fixed should be ok for driving tomorrow. 

Saturday July 2nd 2016

Took our time getting ready to go, but set off about 11,30 to go to Luss at Loch Lomond.

First minor disaster, the electric cables between the car and caravan weren't checked properly and scraped bare on the road, so the caravan battery didn't get charged, have to try and get that fixed before we go home.

We had the worst torrential rain I've seen for a long time, viability down less that 50 yards. with lots of road works and stupid drivers it was 4.30 before we arrived at Luss.

Managed to get the awning up in a brief spell of dry weather, sorted as much as we needed and had a very early night. Rain pounding on the wobble box all night.
